Life of a jumper

This skirt was used to be a jumper which I cut off the straps

But now my daughter doesn´t want to wear it anymore. I turned it into a bubble skirt by combining with a tight, almost like the tutorial of Disney (Ruffles and Stuffs blog), but I didn´t let the waistband of tights tuck out. I sewed bottoms of skirt and tights together , next the tops.
